What is the history of your venue? (How did it get started, etc.)

The Embassy Suites Hotels are a part of the Hilton Brand. Overnight Guests at the Embassy Suites Nashville South-Cool Springs hotel stay in spacious two-room suites and receive a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and complimentary nightly Evening Reception. Each suite is beautifully decorated and has a private bedroom and roomy living area, complete with a sofa bed. As standard, all of our quality hotel suites come complete with two flat screen televisions and wet bar amenities, such as a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Added amenities include: complimentary shuttle to local restaurants/bars, shopping and downtown Franklin, indoor pool and fitness center, business center, gift shop, The Athletic Club Sports Bar & Grill and more….

What are some of your wedding and reception options?

We offer a wide variety of spectacular banquet space. Based upon your guest attendance and event details, our Event Manager will assist you in selecting the perfect Ballroom and set up for your wedding celebration. Food and Beverage minimums will vary according to square footage requirements and selected event date. In addition, there will be applicable service charges and state sales tax.

Does your venue require the use of your preferred vendors, or are brides free to bring their own?

Brides are welcome to bring their own vendors. Expect all the food and beverage must be provided by the hotels catering team. We can serve Plated Dinners, Buffet Style, Reception Style, or Family Style Dinners.

In your opinion, which event (or type of event) has most creatively taken advantage of your venue, and what made that event a success?

When discussing with your Event Sales Manager your room set-up, get create and find different ways to use the space. For example, we hosted a wedding that split up the ballroom using drapes to separate the Dinner from the Dance floor giving the ballroom a “lounge” feel.
