What type of rentals do you offer?
Liberty Party Rental has a large variety of items that range from tents and stages, to tables and chairs, to cake stands and chafing dishes and everything in between. Whatever your event rental needs may be, we are sure to have just what you’re looking for! We are continuously updating our selection of products to bring in the most sought-after rental items for the season. We are excited to be the only company in the area to offer the HOT, new Ghost Chairs. This chair is unbelievably comfortable and has a weight limit of over 350 pounds. We recently brought in 850 chairs for this year’s Swan Ball Gala celebrating 50 spectacular years! If you’ve never seen one of these incredible chairs in person, you have to come by our showroom and check them out.

From our basic polyester in every color of the rainbow, to our shimmering iridescent crush, we’ve got patterns and colors to complement any look. Explain the process of working with a bride on rentals.
We pride ourselves on catering to each client’s specific needs and really listening to what they’ve envisioned. No two events are the same and we love providing that special attention to detail that ensures we’ve done everything possible to exceed their expectations.
Before placing your rental order, we greatly recommend every bride schedule an appointment with one of our experienced Account Managers. This gives us an opportunity to fully understand the look and feel of each event and also provides an opportunity for the client to get a sneak peek of their design selection. Every wedding is unique and we love seeing touches of our client’s creativity and style come alive in the details of their event. Once a client has made their selections we create a custom quote detailing every charge so there are no unforeseen surprises.

What are some trends you are seeing at ceremonies/receptions?
There is no doubt that the shabby chic trend is here to stay! We are seeing a huge demand for all things rustic. Many brides are requesting anything with that vintage look, mason jars for iced tea, lemonade, beer, or a signature drink, fiori or baroque flatware, venice or wicker china, and burlap, burlap, burlap! We’ve recently seen such a demand for burlap that we’ve added a fabulous faux-burlap line to our inventory. These linens provide the look and feel of burlap, without the smell or fraying edges making it the perfect linen for any in-the-know bride!
What are your favorite venues to work with?
One of the best things about Nashville is the number of amazing venues we have in the city and surrounding areas. From chic downtown venues to beautiful farms, Nashville has something for every bride! Our experienced and professional delivery staff pride themselves on understanding the ins and outs of every venue so you can relax and let us do all the heavy lifting.
