2024 Nashville Wedding Planners Group Retreat at Mint House

At the beginning of each year we gather together to spend time reflecting on all the group has done, and where we want to go in months ahead. A NWPG retreat wouldn’t be the same without a little education, good food and drinks, and lots of fun and laughter. We are excited about all the good things to come!

Night One

We started the evening with cocktails from J. Jackson Mobile Mixologist and charcuterie from Tastify.

After a little mingling, Tyler with Tastify treated us to a delicious meal. They specialize in intimate multi-course meals and culinary experiences and are now available to cater your wedding!

Dessert was provided by Twin Treats! No matter what your sweet tooth craves, they have delicious options to choose from. Many of them are gluten free as well!

Post-dinner, Josh Jackson of J. Jackson Mobile Mixologist, gave everyone a lesson in how to make a spectacular cocktail. He also shared a unique perspective and helpful information about how we can be better partners when planning our our client’s bar service for their event.

The education continued with a floral class with K. Occasions. Her wit and wisdom entertained everyone as we got to play with beautiful blooms and enjoy each others company.

Day 2

Day 2 starting off with donuts and coffee from Peace Love and Donuts and a round table discussion on pricing. Our planners were then escorted by Honkey Tonk Express to get a private tour of all 5 levels of Nashville Live Downtown and an exquisite brunch.
