How did you get into Photography?

I was working for a marketing company in Charleston, SC and doing photography as a side business. I've always loved photography and being able to creatively capture moments. Unfortunately, I was laid off from my job because business was so slow but it was a blessing in disguise! It forced me to dive into photography full time and I haven't looked back since!

What do you love about Photography?

I love capturing real moments between couples and families. If I can stand back and give my clients some space to be themselves- that's when you capture the best images. If I can show a couple a picture of them being nothing but who they are and do it in an exciting and creative way... that's when I've done my job!

What would you say is your photography style?

My style is clean and candid, bold and beautiful. I love pictures that show emotion and capture the excitement surrounding a couple's wedding day. I love capturing details from the day in a creative way.

Do you shoot digital or film?

Digital

Tell us why brides should choose you to capture their wedding day?

Aside from the pictures I provide... I feel that one of the most important things that I give to my clients is that I'm calm during the chaos of a wedding day. I go with the flow...because you have to! I try to make the process of taking pictures as fun as possible and very relaxed. This just makes the day better for the couple and the pictures are better for it too! I really enjoy getting to know a bride & groom and their families.
