Vendor Spotlight- Corner Catering

Corner Catering is a division of Corner Pubs, a restaurant group based in middle Tennessee. We recently had the pleasure of enjoying their food at our group meeting. So we touched base with their catering coordinator Debbie to tell us more about Corner Catering. How did you get into catering?

I helped a friend plan her wedding many years ago and did all the cooking.

What are some different options for catering that you offer brides?

Custom menu planning, buffets, family style, plated dinners, & stations.

What are some new things you are working on for 2015?

We are building a catering kitchen and offices for our company headquarters.

What are you seeing that is popular in catering in 2015?

We seem to be moving back to more formal dinner service which is very exciting.

What catering trends do you wish would die?

I don't really have any issues with trends I don't like. I think everyone has different tastes and likes which is what I love most about what I do.....creating is fun!
