Our diverse fleet — from motorcoaches to vintage classics, sedans to limousines — easily accommodates a couple or a crowd. Our professional drivers are attentive to your every requirement. Our wedding transportation coordinator develops and executes precise travel plans tailored specifically for each bride and groom, family member, wedding party and guest.

What makes your company different from other transportation companies?

We have a segment of our company that focuses solely on transportation for weddings and special events. This segment, known as Grand Occasions, was developed for the unique demands of the event industry in Middle Tennessee. Our main goal is to offer customized transportation opportunities for each and every client for their special occasion.

What is your process of working with brides?

We will work with the bride and a family member such as her mother or father or we will work directly with the wedding planner. The process is very simple. We can provide customized transportation packages and quotes over the phone, via email or in person during a complimentary site visit. We do require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due the week of the wedding/ event. If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is done prior to one-week out.

Do you all have specialty vehicles?

Yes, we have 6 vintage cars to choose from. They are very unique to Middle Tennessee. If you have a bride that would like to ride in one of the vintage vehicles on her wedding day and the event is over 1 or more hours away from Nashville, we can trailer the vintage car of her choice to that specific location (provided that the requested vehicle is available that day). We have taken our vintage cars to Alabama, Kentucky and Mississippi for weddings.

What are all the different ways brides can use your services?

On the wedding day we can provide transportation for the bride and groom, the wedding party, parents and grandparents, and guests. You name it, we have a vehicle for everyone. We can also provide transportation services for engagement parties, the bachelorette/ bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners, airport transfers for the honeymoon, etc.
